5. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel their booking without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled trip start time. In such cases, any advance payment made may be eligible for a refund as per company policy.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled travel time, Mehar Cabs will not be responsible for refunding any advance payment made by the customer. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain operational efficiency and ensure driver availability.
